1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Serprocket SEO Console (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Service Overview

Serprocket is an SEO analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 accounts. It transforms raw data into insights to help improve website performance. The App is provided for informational and strategic purposes only and does not guarantee specific rankings or business outcomes.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Access to the App requires secure Google OAuth authentication. By connecting your accounts, you authorise Serprocket to retrieve and process data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected accounts.

Free trials are limited to one per individual or organisation. You may not create or attempt to create multiple accounts using different Google credentials, email addresses, or other means to obtain repeated free trial access. We reserve the right to detect, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this requirement.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data remains your property. Serprocket processes and stores data solely for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We do not sell or share your connected account data with third parties, except where required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to access accounts or data you do not own or have permission to use
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or free trial restrictions
• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the App’s software, reports, or insights
• Using the App to violate applicable laws, Google’s API terms, or third-party rights
• Syndicating or proglamaticallysharing any data displayed in the app, by any means, is strictly prohibited, and offering user accounts will result in immediate termination.

A fair-use policy governs this app. We determine fair usage, and any accounts that exceed fair use will be suspended.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, design, and features, remain owned by Serprocket. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific SEO outcomes. You are responsible for verifying any decisions made based on the insights provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serprocket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the App, including by creating multiple accounts to avoid payment or extend free trial periods. You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your Google accounts.

Terminating Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the App’s account page.
Monthly subscriptions will terminate at the end of the current billing month.
Annual subscriptions will terminate at the end of the current annual term. No refunds are provided for annual subscription cancellations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
