Serprocket FAQs
Does Serprocket store any data?
The only data the app stores is your to-do list items and tracked queries. These are stored in the database and associated with your GSC property. We also store your account details. We do not store your GSC data; this is loaded in real time.
Can I share access with clients?
Serprocket allows CSV downloads for all data. You can download this information and share it with your clients or colleagues. Again, the point to remember here is that you can’t get the data directly from GSC. Serproket links the queries with the URLs, which is something that GSC does not do directly.
So I do what Serprocket suggests, and I will rank higher?
As with all SEO, you must interpret the data based on your website’s objectives and goals. Things like internal links and content gaps can be addressed directly, but keyword conflicts and site content should be planned: use Serprocket data to build this plan.
Does it work with any website?
If your site is in Google Search Console, it will work with Serprocket: WordPress, WIX, Squarespace – whatever. You need an associated Google Search Console property for Serprocket to work.
How much time can it save me?
We estimate it can save you at least several hours per month, so it pays for itself. Downloading and combining data directly from GSC will not provide you with the level of data that Serprocket can – your URLs and queries are not linked in the GSC UI and CSV downloads – this is what makes Serprocket so valuable.
Does Serprocket replace other tools I already use?
That’s up to you – What it does is provide you with actual data rather than estimation and guesses – Top-level SEOs will tell you that all you really need is GSC for SEO data, but Serprockets’ functions to tie your queries to your URLs are, in our opinion, very valuable.
Does it integrate with Google Analytics?
Due to privacy restrictions, Serprocket can’t link queries and URLs to GA4 user data directly. We advise using Serprocket alongside your GA4 account and ensure you also use Tag Manager to track clicks and conversions in GA4. Serprocket is designed to get you ranking higher; it’s not a conversion tracker, but you can use GA4 or your CRM for that.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, if you are on the monthly plan, your subscription will end at the end of the current month. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account at https://app.serprocket.ai.
Will you send my business an invoice?
Yes, subscription payments are handled by Stripe, so you will be sent an invoice for your records.
Do you have an annual plan?
