Need to cancel your subscription?
It’s all done in a couple of clicks within the app.
If you want to cancel your subscription to Serprocket.
- Click on the account at the top right of the screen.
- On this page, look for the cancel subscription button.
- Click this, confirm your cancellation and your subscription payment will cease.
Note that your subscription will end on the last day that you’ve paid up to – we don’t offer part-month refunds.
You will still be able to use your account for the remainder of your paid-up period.
